My name is Chandni Rupareliya, Founder and Center Directress of Footprints Preschool and Daycare Chikkabellandur. I am also a proud mother to a wonderful daughter who inspires me every day. Before stepping into early childhood education I worked in the IT industry as a Software Engineer for more than six years where I gained valuable experience in leadership, teamwork, and operations.Motherhood transformed my perspective on education and helped me truly understand how crucial the early years are in shaping a child's confidence, curiosity, and love for learning. This realization inspired my strong passion for Early Childhood Development and motivated me to contribute meaningfully to this field.At the center my focus is on creating a warm safe and joyful environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore their potential. I strongly believe that a child's first learning space should feel like a second home and I work closely with our teachers and parents to ensure every child receives the care, attention and guidance they need during these important formative years.
