My journey in the education sector began as an Admission Counsellor, where I had the opportunity to guide countless families through one of the most important decisions of their lives—choosing the right learning environment for their child. This role helped me develop a deep understanding of parent expectations, the value of strong communication, and the importance of building trust from the very first interaction.I step in as a Centre Directress for the Footprints Mahalakshmi layout branch in Bangalore. I believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. My approach to leadership is collaborative and supportive. I love working alongside educators, parents, and staff to ensure our centre provides the highest quality care and education.Beyond my professional role, I enjoy dance, music, cooking and photography which I often integrate into our preschool programs to create more holistic learning experiences for children. Each day at the centre brings new stories, new learning, and new opportunities to grow. I’m deeply committed to fostering a love for learning in every child and to mentoring educators who share that same vision.

Our preschool welcomes children aged 12 Months to 96 Months.
We are open from Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM* - 7:15 PM*.
*Our regular timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Early/Late hours are served depending upon availability at specific branches and charged extra. Saturday services are also available at select branches.

Footprints preschool is a wonderful preschool that helps your kid in learning as well as inculcating so many good behaviours. Teachers are so good here, and are like a second mother to your kid. I have never felt unsafe for my kid here.

It is a pretty new preschool in Arekere. Heard from the neighbours that Footprints provide meals and cctv access to watch kids throughout their stay which is really good and tension free for the mothers like us who are busy working.
