I’m Padma Saritha, and I’m excited to share a bit about my journey in early childhood education.With over 15 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to nurturing young minds and creating enriching environments for children. My journey began as an assistant teacher in a small preschool, and through passionate exploration and extensive hands-on learning, I advanced to the role of the center director. This hands-on experience allows me to support our staff with practical knowledge and innovative teaching methods.I hold a B.Sc. and a B.Ed. in science, and I love incorporating my hobbies—drawing and cooking—into my interactions with children. I believe that a safe and stimulating environment is essential for exploration and growth.In my previous role as Childcare Director at Sunshine Kids, I implemented a play-based curriculum that encouraged creativity and critical thinking.
