I am coming from a science background, and I have 8 years of teaching experience, I've been actively involved in preschool industry management and activities. My journey includes 21 months as the Head of a home-based daycare, 2 years as a Center Directress in Footprints preschools, and 5 years of corporate experience. My passion lies in children's growth and development, and I've honed my skills in children management and effective parental counselling and engagement. Working in a play school has allowed me to achieve my potential for both professional and personal growth. Witnessing children's progress every day brings me immense satisfaction and happiness, and I continuously strive to improve and face challenges head-on. my child had shown remarkable improvement in his social skills within 2 months of him joining Footprints Vasundhara Enclave. He has a routine now which we were unable to maintain at home.
