I am Anusha, and my career reflects a strong blend of experience in both the corporate world and early childhood education. Originally from Hubli, I graduated with first-class honors from JGCC College. Motivated by a desire for continuous learning, I moved to Bangalore to complete a Post Graduate Certificate in Financial Research from EduPristine.In 2016, I began my career with HSBC as an Analyst and progressed to the role of Assistant Manager and Validation Specialist. Over a span of more than seven years, I gained significant experience in analysis, operations, and team coordination. After a fulfilling corporate career, I chose to take a break to focus on my daughter’s early years. During this time, I also took up freelance work and pursued certifications in early childhood education.This period helped me discover a deep passion for early learning and child development, which led me to join Footprints Preschool and Daycare, Haralur. I started as a teacher and, owing to my commitment and performance, was promoted to Head Teacher and Academic Coordinator in November 2024. This role allowed me to contribute both in the classroom and across operational and academic areas.I am proud to now serve as the Centre Directress at Footprints Haralur. I am dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can grow and thrive. I look forward to continuing this journey with gratitude and a strong sense of purpose, working closely with our team and families to make a meaningful difference.
