As a preschool directress and mother of two, she believes in the power of education to inspire and shape young minds. Over the years, she has gained invaluable experience and has developed a deep passion for early childhood education. Her love to work for school started at a young age as her family roots are also in the education industry, she was always drawn to working with children. After completing their education, she started working as Public Relationship Officer with City Montessori School for a few years. She moved to Aakash Institute and worked over a good period of time as a student counsellor and took challenging roles in center operations. She also worked with Times of India, in Lucknow for a short span of time, where she discovered herself and found herself well-groomed to finally work for her passion. Since 2018, She has dedicated her career to helping children grow and learn in a nurturing and stimulating environment. As a preschool directress, she is very responsible for overseeing the curricular and extracurricular activities of her centre, as well as managing the staff and ensuring the safety and welfare of the students. Her approach to working with a child-centred focus always puts the needs and interests of the students first. She believes that each child is unique and has their own way of learning and expanding their horizons. That is why she encourages play-based learning, where children can explore and experiment at their own pace while having fun.She says, "One of my favourite aspects of being a preschool directress is seeing the impact that we have on our student's lives. It is truly rewarding to watch children grow and develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills as they progress through each level. I take pride in the fact that we are setting the foundation for a lifetime of learning and success. Of course, being a preschool directress also comes with its challenges. As an educator, you are not only responsible for the academic growth of your students but also for their emotional and social well-being. It can sometimes be tough to balance all these responsibilities, but it is crucial in order to provide a holistic learning experience for our students.
