I am the proud mother of an engineer daughter and living in a joint family filled with gratitude surrounded by their love and support as a close-knit family. Over my 19+ years of experience as a Center head in preschool and daycare, my journey has been a dynamic blend of leadership, team development, and innovation. Starting as an academic head, I transitioned to management, focusing on creating a positive work culture and updating the curriculum with modern methodologies. This fulfilling and challenging role has allowed me to contribute significantly to the growth and development of countless children, as well as the success of the centre's I've managed. I prioritised strong connections with parents and the community, navigated challenges with adaptability, and remained committed to continuous professional development. As I reflect on my legacy, I am excited about the future and contributing further to the field of early childhood education. Footprints preschool is a wonderful preschool that helps your kid in learning as well as inculcating so many good behaviours. Teachers are so good here, and are like a second mother to your kid. I have never felt unsafe for my kid here.

It is a pretty new preschool in Arekere. Heard from the neighbours that Footprints provide meals and cctv access to watch kids throughout their stay which is really good and tension free for the mothers like us who are busy working.

my child had shown remarkable improvement in his social skills within 2 months of him joining Footprints Vasundhara Enclave. He has a routine now which we were unable to maintain at home. He has friends he plays with and is quite fond of coloring and has already started tracing lines before he joined a formal school.
